April Showers

Here’s a little sneaky look at something I’m working on which is especially relevant given the standard soggy start to April. I recently posted a photo of another Tunisian WIP on IG and someone commented that it looked like clouds and it got me thinking.

At first I thought it would be a simple rotation of my original pattern to create the cloud but as each Tunisian stitch isn’t quite square it took quite a lot of trial and error to get it looking like a cloud. I then spent what felt like an absolute age working out my pattern repeat but I’m absolutely chuffed with the outcome and hopefully I can post a pic of what it ends up as soon 🌧
